Family outings are always entertaining especially when you are visiting tourist destinations like Boston Aquarium along with kids. However, at the same time you can expect a lot of drama, screaming, running around, but in the end, it gives a wonderful memory for lifelong. Like to share one such memory which I had in recent times.
On one beautiful morning we decided to go on outing to Boston, our priority is always kids’ entertainment place otherwise outing will turn into a horror story. Then we came with a plan to visit Boston Aquarium which turns out to be one of the best moments in our life’s.
Tips for Fun outing
While planning any trip or outing make sure you consider all your options.
If you’re travelling with a kids make sure the place is kids friendly.
Plan properly in prior like packing required things.
Take some time and read about the place before stepping out with family to avoid disappointments.
Lastly try to enjoy the little moments.
Boston Aquarium

I was excited when we reached the Aquarium arena, its fully flooded with people everywhere. We went towards tickets counter. Meanwhile seal captured our attention. While my spouse was standing in line for tickets, my daughter and I went to see a seal which is stationed near the entrance. Seal was happily playing and greeting visitors, my daughter got scared since it’s her first time watching sea animal so close.

Later we proceeded inside, one important thing to remember if you are vegan, vegetarian or not a fan of sea food, be prepared to experience the sea animals smell which is not pleasant. I am not fan of sea food; I felt uncomfortable with the smell. First thing you see when you enter Boston Aquarium is Penguins. Not one or two but a whole bunch of them. Some Penguins were communicating among themselves, whereas others were swimming and few were simply standing on rocks and some having small fish’s given to them by aquarium staffs.

First time in my life I saw Penguins and I was so happy, but it took a lot of time for my daughter to adjust to the place.
Fish’s and Tortoise
We proceeded further to see other sea creatures; we saw different kinds of Fishes which we didn’t even know exists until we saw it for first time. If you are a fish lover, then you will fall in love with this place. I am not a fish person, still I like this place a lot.

I got scared when I saw octopus, it was looking in such way it freaked me out. The octopus which I know is the cute looking one which they show in cartoons. That moment I experienced Reel vs reality difference.

Saw few Jelly fishes and piranha. Yes, I saw a real-life piranha’s which looking like a normal fish. Then we saw a giant Tortoise, wow! what a beautiful site, it was happily swimming and enjoying its time. Also saw different types, sizes and multi color fish’s.
Harbor Walk

After spending decent amount of time exploring the Atlantic Ocean Sea creatures we headed towards Harbor Walk. Before that we sat and on the chairs which was placed to enjoy the beautiful view of the Harbor and Atlantic Ocean waters in its calmest form.
Took few photos, my daughter started chasing sparrows. We sat there some time enjoying the beauty of the place along with cool breeze. Then we started our walk towards harbor, it was fun, and we took a lot of photos and admired the landscape and building and vast waters.
It you want to go on a boat ride, you need to book in advance. Also, in front of Aquarium they are numerous types of rides for Boston tour. If you are interested, you can opt one of the rides by buying tickets and enjoy the tour. Finally, our outing came to an end its time to go back to home. We headed to home with smile and lots of memories and photos.
