Now a days common problem a normal person facing. Due to some health-related issue, they visit doctor along with medicine doctor advise them to do some meditation or exercise daily to reduce stress. Resistance towards meditation

Everyone wants to do meditation to decompress themselves from stressors, but when you start first thing you experience is resistance towards meditation. Not as simple as it looks to control human mind, automatically we come up with few excuses like we start from tomorrow today I am very tried. I have no time, but we have time for other activities.

More common excuse is I am not able to concentrate while I sit for meditation my mind is wandering, I am experiencing some pains. Yes, its common afterall we are humans we have our own daily activities to perform mind will start thinking about it. You can do meditation only if you stop resisting yourself with excuse only strong determination can help.

Daily practices of meditation bring calmness and relaxation to one’s mind and body.

How to start for beginners

Sit in a comfortable position, if you can’t sit down its ok to sit on chair.

Do breathing exercises first to relax your body.

Then slowly close your eyes and continue the breathing inhale and exhale.

Mind starts its game by wandering, let it wander try to observe and bring it back to breathing.

For beginners start meditating for 10 to 15 minutes per day. Later increase duration according to ones convince.
