Lord Hanuman, who is known for his courage and valor is a symbol of unwavering devotion. He blesses his devotees with good prosperity when prayed with at most devotion. As we all know Lord Hanuman is Chiranjeevi (Immortal being), an avatar of Lord Shiva, who took the form of Lord Hanuman to help Lord Rama during the hardship.
It’s commonly believed that Lord Hanuman resides in Gandhamadan mountain, this sacred mountain is located in the present Rameshwaram. It is also believed to be a place of evolved beings like Kinnaras and Gandharva’s.
Eventually Ramayana era came to an end in Treta Yuga. Ramanya took place in the 24th Treta Yoga, whoever reading this article it is written in 28th Kali yuga of Swetha Varaha Kalapa. Before going further let’s get clear understanding of this one Yuga is 4,320,000 years (12,000 divine years).
Let’s do the simple math’s 4,320,000* 4 =17,280,000
17,280,000 -100,000 (24th Satya yuga) =16,280,000 human years.
The Ramayana Era took place approximate 16,280,000 human years ago.
We all are aware of Ramayana. For those who have no idea what it is, please follow the link at the end of the article which has some stories and gives an outline of Ramayana. From many years, tribes across the world follow different set of rules. However, the Mathang tribes are unique as they are untouched by today’s technology and modernization. Again, don’t compare them with Andaman sentinel tribes, they are different. It is believed that Mathang tribes communicates with Lord Hanuman once in every 41 years.
Mathang Tribes
An indigenous tribal people who are descendent of King Vibhishana, brother of Ravana. Vibhishana became king of Lanka after Ravana’s death. Vibhishana ruled with righteousness as he is great follower of Lord Rama. Mathang tribal people live in the Piduru mountain range, Hanuman Bodhi sanctuary in Sri Lanka.
This is the very place where Lord Hanuman obtained Ashta siddhi (the eighth divine knowledge) after becoming one with the supreme being Lord Rama. During that time Mathang tribes helped him, hence Lord Hanuman visits them every 41 Years once and bless them with divine presence and enlighten them with divine knowledge.
Ramayan era was pure when compared to present day Kali Yuga. During that period people had powers to communicate with birds and animals as the time progressed people lost the many abilities. One major ability communicating with fellow living beings. People of Mathang tribe who are untouched by today’s development and modernization still have abilities to talk with animals and birds. Even birds and animals get the blessing of Lord Hanuman during his visit there every 41 years once.
Mathang Tribes Logbook
You may question is it true? Yes, it is true as they have a Logbook to register Lord Hanuman visits and enter the divine knowledge given to them by Lord in that. Lord Hanuman last visited them in the year 2014, the world which we live is full of mystery. What we know is just a drop in the ocean, what we are not aware is the ocean. According to Settu as per the Mathang tribes’ words, Lord will next visit them in the year 2055.
Mathang tribes and Logbook are the another proof of Ramayana, it’s is not a mythology. Also, to the people who question the existence of God ,just because we are not able to see, it doesn’t mean God doesn’t exist.

It is a Sri Lankan organization which is doing research on the proof of existence of Ramayan. As part of Research they approached the Mathang tribes and came to know the marvelous truth and the source of their divine knowledge and the great divine presence. At present they are trying to decode the Logbook as the language they used in the logbook doesn’t belong to any of the present-day official languages.
How to see Lord Hanuman?
Answer is simple; pray with at most devotion and you can feel his presence in the form of blessing. If you want to join the Mathang tribe to get the divine darshan of Lord, you need to follow very stringent set of rules and stay disconnected with the outside world for years. A devotee should become one with Lord Hanuman with devotion and praying to him. After obtaining oneness with Lord Hanuman the Tribal heads will evaluate you. if you pass all the hardship and attain great devotion and pass all the test, you will get a chance to see Lord Hanuman during his next visit.

Some believe Lord Hanuman is in Himalayas and meditating. According to scriptures, he resides on the Gandhamandan mountain and meditating. Lord may reside anywhere but he always listens to the prayers of his devotees and visits the Mathang tribes every 41 years.
